กล่องลูกฟูกพลาสติก PP (กล่อง Polypropylene) เป็นบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่มี น้ำหนักเบาแต่แข็งแรงและทนทานสูง ออกแบบมาสำหรับการใช้งานในภาคอุตสาหกรรมและเชิงพาณิชย์ ผลิตจาก แผ่น PP บอร์ด ช่วยปกป้องสินค้า มีโครงสร้างแข็งแรง และสามารถนำกลับมาใช้ซ้ำได้ในระยะยาว เหมาะสำหรับ การจัดเก็บสินค้า การขนส่ง และงานด้านโลจิสติกส์

กล่องลูกฟูก นิยมใช้ในหลากหลายอุตสาหกรรม เช่น อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ยานยนต์ การผลิต การจัดการคลังสินค้า และระบบบรรจุภัณฑ์หมุนเวียน (Returnable Packaging) เนื่องจากมีความทนทาน รูปลักษณ์สะอาด และคุ้มค่าต่อการใช้งาน

ส่วนประกอบของกล่อง PP

Composition	Description
Aluminium angle	Attached on the side edge of the box
Aluminium band	Attached around the box, helps to hold the weight of the product
Aluminium frame	Attached on the top of the box, as a frame.
Magic Tape	Used when producing folding box, or attached to the PVC or PP cover of the box.
PVC angle	White, Black, or Conductive black. Attached to the side edge of the box.
PVC corner	White, Black, or Conductive black. Attached to the corner of the box, top or bottom.
PVC frame	White, Black, or Conductive black. 5 MM and 10 MM. Attached to the top of the box, as a frame.
PVC handle	White, Black, or Conductive black. A handle of the box.
PVC roll	Transparent or Conductive PVC. Normally used as a PVC box cover.
PVC tag card	Transparent Tag card, to insert the description of the box.
