Air bubble roll is manufactured as a base of all the other types of air bubble products. LDPE raw materials are mixed and melted as a thin film into a mold roller. The roller has small holes which vacuum air to form air bubbles. This process is repeated until it reaches the desired thickness such as 2 or 3 layers of air bubble.
Air bubble roll
- have two colours: white and pink
- can request anti-static air bubble roll
- can be laminated with EPE foam roll
- can make pre-cut perforation on request
- Sizes of the air bubble are customizable as requested
- The standard weight of the 2 layers air bubble is at 36-40 GSM, 3 layers at 50-55 GSM
- can request the heavier or lighter weight (GSM)
- lead time 3-5 business days after PO
