Insulation foam is a critical component in various applications, ranging from construction and packaging to automotive and sports equipment. It provides thermal insulation, moisture resistance, and cushioning. Among the types of insulation foam, EPE (Expanded Polyethylene), XPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene), and PE (Polyethylene) insulation are widely used due to their unique properties and benefits.

Insulation EPE is used widely for insulating air conditioner pipes, or in many applications in construction. It is a closed-cell foam insulation that is flexible, tough and durable.

XPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene), by having a crosslinked foam structure, it has excellent compression resistance with a high vapour diffusion resistance.

EPE (Expanded Polyethylene) Insulation Foam

  • Used in building insulation for walls, roofs, and underlayments.

  • Packaging for sensitive electronics and perishable goods.

  • Automotive interior components for insulation and cushioning.

  • Sports equipment like camping mats and exercise mats.

XPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene) Insulation Foam

  • High-performance insulation in construction, including roofing and wall insulation.

  • Protective packaging for high-value or fragile items.

  • Automotive parts like gaskets, seals, and insulation layers.

  • Marine applications due to its buoyancy and waterproof characteristics.
