We believe responsible manufacturing begins inside our own factory. Through waste recycling, efficient material utilization, renewable energy, and reusable packaging solutions, we continuously work to reduce unnecessary waste while maintaining the quality and performance our customers require.

Turning Production Waste Back into Resources

Waste reduction is an important part of our manufacturing process.

Scrap generated during our production processes is collected and processed through our in-house recycling machines. The production scrap is converted into usable recycled plastic material, which can then be supplied to companies that require recycled plastic materials for their applications.

Rather than allowing usable production scrap to become unnecessary waste, we aim to return these materials to the resource cycle whenever possible.

Our recycling activities currently focus on scrap generated within our own manufacturing operations.

Grade A Materials as Our Standard

Product quality remains one of our highest priorities.

Our standard products are manufactured using Grade A materials rather than automatically mixing recycled materials into production.

For customers whose applications allow or specifically require recycled material, recycled content can be incorporated upon request and according to the required product specifications.

This approach allows us to maintain consistent product quality while providing customers with greater flexibility in selecting materials suitable for their applications.

Recyclable PE-Based Packaging

Many of our core packaging products are manufactured from Polyethylene (PE) materials, including EPE Foam, PE Film, Air Bubble, Stretch Film, and other PE-based packaging solutions.

PE materials can be recyclable when properly collected, separated, and processed through suitable recycling systems.

Through responsible material selection and waste management, we aim to maximize the useful life of materials and reduce unnecessary disposal.

Using Solar Energy in Our Operations

As part of our effort to reduce dependence on conventional electricity, Plusfoam Packaging has installed solar panels and utilizes solar energy alongside electricity in our factory operations.

We also encourage employees to participate in energy conservation through regular awareness and training, including switching off lights, machines, and electrical equipment when they are not in use.

Small actions across an entire manufacturing operation can contribute to more responsible energy consumption.

Our environmental management practices are supported by our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification.

Through structured environmental management and continuous improvement, we work to identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact and operate our manufacturing facilities more responsibly.
