PE film is used in a wide range of applications such as packaging, protecting machinery, manufacturing labels etc.
PE film are mainly produced by the material named HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE. They are flexible and based on the material used, they can be tailored to perfectly fit into a product’s requirement. LDPE are highly flexible and are easily stretched whereas HDPE are more densed and stiff.

CLASSIFICATION

LDPE FILM ROLL

LDPE film has low density, clear colour, tough texture, and good tensile strength. It can be used to pack various products. This film has low-temperature resistance and can be made into an anti-static shielding bag. The thickness is from 40 to 150 microns.

HDPE FILM ROLL

HDPE film has high density, is opaque, tough, and is more breakable than LDPE. The features HDPE has is that it is good tensile strength, odourless, mild heat resistance and good cold resistance. The thickness is from 20 to 90 microns

PE FILM BAG

In a similar process to the other bag products, an air bubble bag is produced by spreading and folding the film roll into half, then cutting them with a high-temperature knife to seal the sides.
