Plusfoam has two types of coating: Laminating and Glue coating
Upon the request of the customer, Plusfoam can laminate and glue coat the products to best fit the needs.

CLASSIFICATION

LAMINATING

Laminating is the process where EPE foam adhesives to film to make the film stronger and harder to lose. Use heat to melt the surface of the foam and film and then make the two sheets stick together. Laminating has two types of surfaces which are clear and embossed surface

GLUE COATING

Glue coating is the process where the adhesive is attached to the surface of the EPE foam, to stick it on the product's surface that needs EPE foam to absorb shock.
