EPE foam is suitable for products that demand shock protection, heat insulation and waterproofing.

TOPILON’s EPE foam is a closed-cell packaging product with lightweight and flexible properties. Polyethylene is expanded to 40 times its original volume. These product categories can be used in many situations such as shock protection of your products.

EPE foam is manufactured by mixing raw materials (such as PE materials, wax and powder) and extruding them at a high temperature. The mixture is then spread out, cooled down and rolled. It can be extruded at a thickness of 0.5 mm to 10 mm.

EPE FOAM ROLL

With EPE foam roll, Plusfoam can produce various types of EPE products, such as EPE foam sheets, bags, cushion foam and nets.

EPE FOAM SHEET

EPE foam sheet is produced by cutting foam roll into different sizes. The sizes vary from smallest at 10 cm to largest at 200 cm.

EPE FOAM BAG

EPE foam bag is produced by folding foam rolls into half and cutting them with a high-temperature knife, so the knife melts the foam and sticks the sides while cutting out the foam.

CUSHION FOAM

Cushion Foam is produced based on the design of customers’ products. The team receives the product and designs the cushion foam, which perfectly fits into each respectively.
