Insulation foam is a closed-cell foam insulation that is flexible, tough and durable. By having crosslinked foam structure, it has excellent compression resistance with a high vapour diffusion resistance.
It is generally used to protect against impact. It is used for wrapping goods to prevent cracks or scratches. The main feature it has is that it is lightweight and easy to use. It can be produced to protect against static electricity as well.

AIR BUBBLE ROLL

Air bubble roll is manufactured as a base of all the other types of air bubble products. LDPE raw materials are mixed and melted as a thin film into a mold roller. The roller has small holes which vacuum air to form air bubbles. This process is repeated until it reaches the desired thickness such as 2 or 3 layers of air bubble.

AIR BUBBLE SHEET

An air bubble sheet is produced from the air bubble roll. The air bubble roll is put into the auto-cutting machine. The cutting size and the capacity are entered into the machine for it to cut automatically. The cutting size varies depending on the order received.

AIR BUBBLE BAG

In a similar process to the EPE foam bag, an air bubble bag is produced by spreading and folding the air bubble roll into half, then cutting them with a high-temperature knife to seal the sides.
